We’re looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to join our team. You can be based in any European country, and you’ll be in charge of identifying, recruiting, and liaising with B2C partners such as influencers or/and affiliates in French-speaking markets. Creativity and a result-oriented mindset, as well as an almost unlimited budget, will be the key components for you to unlock new growth opportunities for Hostinger!

What You Will Do:

Identify, recruit, and engage potential partners: influencers, affiliates.

Build and systematically manage a pipeline of new potential partnerships.

Conduct negotiations both: internally and externally to materialize high-impact deals.

Nurture the existing relationships with partners to deepen the partnerships, enable growth, and increase sales.

Run and monitor partners' marketing campaigns.

Handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Measure, analyze, and optimize the performance.

Report and identify areas of new opportunities.

Leverage data to drive actionable decisions that inform and help the business grow.

Report on goals progress, forecasts, results, and challenges.

What We Expect:

Proven experience of working with digital performance marketing.

Proven experience in partnership management (influencer, affiliate marketing - an advantage).

Sharp sales and analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools.

High attentiveness to details combined with proactiveness.

Will have to work independently and in a collaborative yet demanding team environment.

Perfect spoken and written communication in English and French language.

Experience working with international tech/digital products would be a plus.
