Requirements
5+ years of Implementation or Project Management experience in a technical SaaS or startup environmentAbility to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects, delivering tailored solutions to each customer’s unique needsStrong understanding of project management methodologies, including scoping, consulting, issue/risk identification, and clear communication of overall project statusSelf-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and ambiguous environmentHighly collaborative, organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused with strong problem-solving abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersAbility to define technical changes/requirements and communicate them effectively to technical teamsHealthcare or Healthtech experience is a plusSFDC proficiency is a plusBusiness Analyst experience is a plus
Responsibilities
Proactively manage customer relationships from sales handoff to successful implementationPartner directly with customers to ensure successful implementation of Verifiable based on their unique scope and business objectivesLead the implementation process by aligning on project requirements, managing project plans, owning all customer communication, and coordinating teams to drive successManage project expectations through regular meetings, project status reports, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholdersCollaborate with internal teams on configuration and technical components of implementation.Organize and coordinate customer onboarding and training through virtual web conferencesServe as the primary point of contact for all customer-facing requests during the implementation processAct as a subject matter expert on the Verifiable product to drive product adoption and usage
