About the role:
The Camunda GTM Strategy & Operations team directly supports our Go To Market (GTM) organization, which includes account development, sales, partners, customer success and consulting. In this remote position, as a Senior GTM Strategy & Operations Lead, supporting our Customer Success function, you will play a pivotal role supporting pipeline qualification and generation. In this remote position, you will be functionally aligned to the Customer Success Organisation to act as business partner and thought partner to individual CSMs and to leadership- ensure holistic collaboration to driving end-to-end business process optimization with the customer in mind. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Revenue and/or Post-sales Operations, a proven track record of successfully improving field productivity and customer retention, and a strategic mindset to enhance our Go To Market strategy and execution.

What you'll be doing:
- Coordinate and own key programs related to our customer experience evolution
- Support the optimisation of key workflows in post-sales tools (SFDC, Gainsight, Jira) for efficiency and effectiveness
- Be proactive and review common data issues that impact our ability to manage the business
- Assist in measuring and investigating the processes being used by the CSM teams to inform best practices and drive continuous improvement- advising on and helping to monitor methods to improve team productivity
- Implement and refine programs to enhance communication, collaboration and alignment within the CSM team and with other functions.
- Create and maintain effective reporting and dashboards
What you bring:
- Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Customer Success Operations, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Project Management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels.
- Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally within global organizations.
- Hands-on, organized and solution oriented working style.
Nice to have:
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience with Salesforce and Sales productivity solutions
- Experience with digital CS/ solutions

Compensation
For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.
Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.
The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:
- United States: $121,000.00 to $181,500.00
- Germany: €80,500.00 to €120,700.00
- United Kingdom: £78,400.00 to £117,600.00
- Singapore: S$150,300.00 to S$225,400.00
