About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving growth through innovative marketing strategies and tactics. As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that generate leads, increase customer acquisition, and drive revenue growth. 

 Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. 
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and target audiences. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and sales to optimize the customer journey and improve conversion rates. 
  • Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM,  social media, paid advertising, and content marketing. 
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to track progress, identify trends, and optimize campaign effectiveness. 
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and test new growth initiatives. 
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in growth marketing and digital advertising. 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related field. 
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results and achieving growth targets in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments. 
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
