Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Bitwarden, named a “Great Place to Work” in 2024, is seeking a passionate digital marketing professional to join our talented marketing organization. Reporting to the head of growth marketing and operations, you’ll be responsible for the ongoing lift in converting business prospects into paying customers. The ideal candidate will have worked in a technology/SaaS startup environment and nurtured its revenue growth into an industry-leading enterprise business, as well as a creative thinker and writer who can elevate Bitwarden awareness and convert target personas across the buyer journey.

  • Experience in Product Growth or Growth Marketing for PLG and/or B2B SaaS organizations
  • You have excellent organization and project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives of varying complexities
  • You’re hungry to learn and are passionate about all work endeavors (big or small)
  • You enjoy challenging the status quo and thinking outside the box


  • Build a growth plan to drive and accelerate Bitwarden revenue
  • Develop a digital strategy and roadmap to improve organic search rank for primary keywords, and to nurture high-intent traffic through each stage of the sales funnel 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify growth opportunities based on buyer needs, challenges, and pain points
  • Partner with growth marketing team members to develop strategic content that will generate self-serve trials and convert prospects into sales-ready leads
  • Optimizing existing programs and/or developing new compelling programs to nurture decision-makers through the entire sales funnel
  • Monitor and maintain optimal site health to improve user experience and organic search performance 
  • Design, manage, and interpret data-driven analysis of different digital offers
  • Own campaign, program, and content production from ideation to final publication, following a streamlined workflow and process, and manage the monthly newsletter email program end-to-end
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage editorial themes as they apply to growth programs
  • Work with cross-functional teams to localize website content based on language and cultural differences across target regions
  • Be a champion for customer growth in collaboration with product marketing, retention marketing, product management, and customer success teams
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate digital growth performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership to ensure all new and optimized materials align with Bitwarden corporate and product messaging
  • Continuously analyze and report on SEO, CRO, and content attribution performance, sharing results with cross-functional teams and leadership.


At Bitwarden, we are seeking candidates who have the right experience and mindset with proven results in the following areas:

  • Experience working in a technology/SaaS startup environment with a proven track record of facilitating its growth into an industry-leading enterprise business
  • Experience developing marketing materials to attract, engage, and convert a technical B2B audience
  • Experience managing search engine optimization (SEO) with a proven track record of fueling business growth through digital content in a SaaS or product-led growth environment
  • Experience managing the website conversion strategy with a deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
  • Experience with creating and optimizing digital growth content and experiences that deliver value to buyers and customers
  • Experience managing multiple projects while maintaining communication with stakeholders and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience managing a global B2B editorial strategy, production calendar, and publishing workflows.
  • Experience working in content management systems (similar to Contentful) and marketing automation platforms (similar to Hubspot)
  • Experience building and executing A/B and multivariate website tests
  • Experience managing content localization based on language and cultural differences
  • Strong analytical background with the ability to turn data into actionable takeaways
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally between teams, departments, and external partners, customers, or service providers
