Senior Go/GoLang Engineer
Gorilla Logic is looking for a Senior Go/GoLang Engineer, who will work with a team of engineers developing our client's mobile application. This is a unique and highly technical role, requiring strong mobile development experience in delivering a leading-edge platform solution. Our environment will require you to work effectively with your teammates, of course. But your real success will be measured by how well you couple critical thinking with self-motivation, enthusiasm, and determination.
Responsibilities
*Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Java and related technologies
*Write clean, efficient, and scalable code that adheres to best practices and design patterns
*Develop and maintain RESTful APIs
*Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate server-side functionality with client-side components
*Write automated tests to ensure code quality and reliability
*Troubleshoot and debug production issues
*Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other team members
*Contribute to the development of technical documentation
Technical Requirements
*Strong understanding of Go
*Familiarity with TypeScript.
*Good understanding of REST APIs.
*Experience with Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
*Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases (Mongo), including complex queries.
*Experience with DevOps pipelines/CI/CD environment.
*Experience with JavaScript.
Bonus Skills
*Experience with Docker.
*Proficiency in working with Vue.js (Vue CLI, Vuex, and Vue Router).
*Experience writing unit tests (Jest).
*Understanding of CSS preprocessors (Sass).
