Senior Global Payroll Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior Global Payroll Specialist to oversee and manage our international payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll management, a deep understanding of Workday, and a proven track record in successfully outsourcing payroll processes to TMF Group. The Senior Global Payroll Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our global payroll function.


YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

Global Payroll Management:

  • Oversee end-to-end global payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Utilise Workday to streamline payroll operations and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with regional payroll teams to ensure consistency and standardisation in payroll processes across all locations.

Outsourcing to TMF:

  • Lead the outsourcing initiative to TMF Group for payroll processes, managing the transition and ongoing relationship.
  • Collaborate closely with TMF Group to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, addressing any issues that may arise.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Stay abreast of global payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of all payroll-related taxes and statutory reporting.
  • Generate and analyse payroll reports, providing insights to leadership on payroll metrics and trends.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously assess and enhance payroll processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Implement best practices and standardisation across the payroll function.
  • Lead projects aimed at improving the overall payroll experience for employees and stakeholders.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with HR, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration between payroll and other business functions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in global payroll management, with a focus on using Workday.
  • Proven experience in successfully outsourcing payroll processes to TMF Group or a similar provider.
  • In-depth knowledge of international payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
