Team

Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual, and mid-core experts. Our 'Core' games team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating, developing, and launching new hit games, whilst our 'Live' games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on our existing and successful games.

Joining our Live games team means collaborating with gaming industry experts on globally renowned, enduring games while embracing exciting new entrepreneurial ventures. With over seven billion downloads worldwide and a portfolio of more than 10 resilient hybrid games generating more than $20m per year, we are the largest and most successful hybrid publisher in the world.

You will be joining one of our Live Studios, working on Paper.io 2.

You will be joining one of our Live Studios, working on Paper.io 2.

Role

  • Define a clear, cohesive long-term Product Roadmap with the Studio Director
  • Pitch and implement big features to the team, deconstructing them into smaller components
  • Ability to deconstruct and analyze mobile game mechanics
  • Get involved in all aspects of game development: UI, UX, game design, logic, performance, etc. 
  • Help fine-tune game balancing, pacing, and feel
  • Benchmark the market to stay on top of new trends
  • Understanding of models and tools to analyze gameplay and user behaviour
  • Proficiency in Unity is a huge plus
  • Familiarity with Figma or similar visual collaboration software

  • Profile

  • At least 5 years of professional experience as a game designer
  • Experience working on mobile games and free-to-play (F2P) models
  • Possess a creative, hacker, and analytical mindset
  • Proficient in A/B testing
  • Capable of carrying features from theory to production, including analyzing results
  • Strong project management skills to push features forward
  • Excellent sense of gameplay experience with special attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Knowledgeable about casual games
