Senior Frontend Engineer - React & TypeScript
Overview:
We are seeking experienced Senior Frontend Engineers with expertise in React and TypeScript to join our dynamic team. The role will focus heavily on frontend development, requiring high-quality work and close collaboration with our design team.

Collaborate closely with the design team to implement high-quality frontend solutions.
Demonstrate autonomy and adaptability in handling ambiguous tasks and working closely with team members.

Previous experience working for both large companies and startups, with a track record of impactful contributions.
Ability to work effectively in a small team environment, where individual contributions are highly visible.
Show commitment to the role and company through stable work history and dedication to previous projects.
Be open to working flexible hours and adapting to different time zones, especially for candidates from Brazil or other regions.
Willingness to participate in company-sponsored events and contribute to recruiting efforts in Brazil and Colombia.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript, with a focus on frontend development.
Previous experience working in senior or staff-level positions, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
Demonstrated impact within teams or across multiple teams, including transitions between small and large companies.
Cultural fit is crucial, with an emphasis on effective communication and collaboration skills.
Compensation:
Salary ranges vary based on location and seniority level:
US/CAN/SW/UK: Senior Engineer - $165,000 to $195,000; Staff Engineers - $195,000 to $215,000
Europe (excluding lower cost areas): Senior Engineer - $120,000 to $150,000; Staff Engineers - $160,000 to $190,000
LATAM and other regions: Senior Engineer - $70,000 to $110,000; Staff Engineer - TBD
Additional Information:
Full-time commitment is preferred, although contract-to-hire arrangements may be considered.
