On the Business Solutions Team, we pride ourselves on providing the Articulate business the ability to easily service our customers with best in class quality. That is why we’re looking for a Sr Financial Systems Administrator who can help develop, integrate, and enhance the systems that allow us to deliver this value. With knowledge of the Articulate business, the world of finance, and the technology in our stack, you will build tools and enhancements to remove friction from our business processes and help us scale.
Articulate is a fully distributed company that offers a high degree of autonomy. As part of our talented and driven Business Applications Team, you’ll work closely with an awesome group of finance, IT, sales, customer success, marketing, and customer support people.
The ideal person for this job is a detail-oriented system administrator who thrives on helping the business and has a passion for finance and tech. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include integrating, configuring, and maintaining financial applications, ensuring system and data integrity, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with other teams to optimize and scale our financial systems.
Here’s a smattering of the tech you’ll be working with: Salesforce Lightning Experience, BillingPlatform, Workato, Box, Intacct, GearSet, GitHub, Avalara, Stripe, Chargebee, Jira, Notion, Slack, and Okta.
