About the role:
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst with knowledge of SaaS Sales and Marketing organizations to be a strategic partner to our go-to-market team, bringing analytical rigor to bookings forecasting, margin goals, and efficiency initiatives.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Provide thought leadership to drive key go-to-market strategic initiatives, helping develop both short-term and long-term goals and targets
- Master key customer metrics, such as LTV, CAC, and Cohort Analysis as well as management reporting packages, such as key funnel conversion metrics and cash efficiency reporting, for our Revenue and Services organizations
- Lead month-end and quarter-end close by reviewing, analyzing, and understanding expense variances vs budget, preparing necessary accruals, reclasses, and journal entries. This includes responsibility for commission accounting and revenue recognition for our Services organization
- Partner with Sales Operations, Data, and Accounting organizations. Generate and lead initiatives to continuously improve, automate, and scale forecasting and reporting tools, processes, and methodologies
You are a good fit if you:
- Have 3+ years in strategic corporate finance, investment banking, operations, or a similar function
- Ability to work quickly and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail
- Previous experience as a strategic partner to the business, either in an FP&A or operational capacity
- Strong financial modeling, communication, and program management skills
- Financial planning system development experience using Pigment, Anaplan, or similar planning tool (having been a part of at least one major system implementation)
- Previous experience / familiarity with SaaS efficiency metrics, KPIs, and concepts
- Worked asynchronously as part of a fully-remote, distributed team
You'll have an edge if you:
- Have strong SQL knowledge / dbt Cloud experience
- Have Snowflake / Looker experience
- Share your ideas openly and confidently with your team and other members in the organization
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $111,000 - $130,000
