Responsibilities
Evaluate the financial impact of business initiativesDevelop and evaluate pricing strategiesTranslate complex financial data into compelling narrativesConduct in-depth financial data analysis to support decision-makingDaily monitoring Fiat and Crypto Reconciliations to ensure no discrepancies and to ensure smooth business operationsPerform monthly Fiat and Crypto Reconciliations reports for regulatorsPrepare monthly reporting on closing client balancesSupport CBB and External auditors with related queries on clients assets Reconciliations and SegregationsEnsure that unresolved differences, shortfalls and excess balances are investigated and corrective action is takenMonitoring of tracker for aged transactions for all reconciliationsMonitor settlements received from payment service providers and prepare aging analysisSupervision of client money accounts and fund movementMonitor and streamline payment settlement process for Fiat and CryptoSupervision of revenue earned and client funds segregations for Fiat and CryptoPrepare monthly client money cash flow statements to ensure smooth operational flowROI’s calculation for marketing initiativesPerform and monitor client money liquidity management on a weekly basisPerform liquidity analysis to support the Director of Finance and other relevant departmentsSupport the Risk Management department and ensure mitigation and control of liquidity and market riskProvide financial and analytical support to the Director of Finance and the Finance TeamForecast cash flow positions of client money accounts, any related liquidity needs
Requirements
Degree qualified in commerce, business or accounting Financial leadership qualities backed up by exceptional analytical and numerical skills5+ years work experience in the financial sector and/or audit firmA thorough understanding of financial governance practicesExperience in managing / leading work teamsSelf-motivated, energetic and flexible with a high degree of initiativeFlexibility to adjust to changing circumstancesExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work to tight deadlinesAbility to work in a team and independently
