Senior Fashion Retoucher

We are seeking a talented Fashion Retoucher to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of fashion aesthetics, and the technical expertise to enhance and perfect visual content. This role involves retouching fashion photography and creating compelling graphic designs.
Responsibilities:
Perform graphics and fashion/product photo editing and composition tasks.
Skilfully design placements on various products.
Handle retouching and colour grading for campaigns and social media imagery.
Collaborates closely with photographers and graphic designers to achieve the desired aesthetic.
Efficiently manage and prioritise multiple projects.
Requirements:
3-4 years of proven experience in retouching, graphic design, web design, and digital media.
Proficiency in Capture One and a deep understanding of colour grading techniques.
Expertise in Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Previous experience in fashion image retouching is preferred.
Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
A genuine passion for photography and fashion, with a keen eye for trends.
Proactive, collaborative team player with a high level of flexibility and responsibility.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Portfolio is required.
Ability to work aligned to CET business hours
