Job Description
- Developing, testing, and maintaining robust and scalable backend systems using the Django framework.
- Creating and maintaining RESTful APIs to support frontend applications.
- Designing and implementing data models using Django ORM and other database technologies.
- Integrating with external services, such as payment gateways, third-party APIs, and email providers.
- Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshooting and debugging complex issues in production systems.
- Collaborating with other developers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software.
- Conducting code reviews and providing feedback to other developers to improve code quality and maintainability.
- Writing automated tests to ensure code quality and prevent regressions.
- Participating in the development and maintenance of deployment scripts and tools to streamline the release process.
Qualifications
- 5+ Years of experience in web development.
- 2-3+ years of experience using Django framework.
- Experience integrating with payment gateways (e.g. Stripe) and email service providers (e.g. SendGrid).
- Comfortable working with AWS cloud services.
