We are seeking a skilled a site Architect/Senior developer to optimize our infrastructure during a critical project sprint, ensuring robust performance under heavy loads typical of large-scale global broadcasts.
Responsibilities:
• Design and scale up cloud-based infrastructure to handle significant traffic for real-time live-streaming events, including good Golang experience.
• Provide expertise in system architecture to support real-time application demands.
• Monitor and improve system performance, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand needs and integrate best practices in system scalability and reliability.
• Implement and maintain security practices to safeguard all operational data and systems.
• Distributed end to end system experience, high load optimizations with NoSQL database (MongoDB).
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an architect/very senior developer, preferably with experience in high-traffic, real-time applications such as e-shop, YouTube, or HQ Trivia.
• Demonstrated ability in networking, load balancing, and ensuring high availability in cloud environments.
• Experience in managing and deploying large-scale infrastructures dynamically.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
