Senior Designer (Web & Brand Focus)

About The Role:
The company is seeking a seasoned Senior Designer with a passion for modern web design, brand evolution, and compelling digital storytelling. In this high-impact role, you’ll shape the visual identity and user experience across all digital touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency and design excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, development, and content teams to elevate the company’s web presence and drive creative strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to lead visual innovation and define the next chapter of the brand.
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute web design projects with a focus on responsive layouts, landing pages, and intuitive user experiences.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver compelling visual storytelling across the website and marketing campaigns.
Contribute to ongoing brand refresh efforts, ensuring consistency across digital and print assets.
Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries using Figma.
Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, icons, and banners for web and digital campaigns.
Occasionally support the production of motion graphics, video edits, and social media content.
Apply UX principles and accessibility standards to all digital design work.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve output.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and web accessibility.
Excellent time management and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
At least 8 years of professional design experience with a focus on web and branding.
A degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related discipline (preferred).
Robust portfolio showcasing modern web design, brand systems, and digital campaigns.
Experience collaborating with developers and understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
A keen eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
