The Team

The Flock Safety marketing team is a highly ambitious and driven team. As a member of the marketing team, you must be an expert in your craft and have the ability to independently execute your own responsibilities effectively. You must have an entrepreneurial spirit, always looking for opportunities to innovate and find strategic solutions. The team’s culture is rooted in hustle and hard work, focused on generating demand, acquiring, converting, and retaining customers. As a member of the Flock Safety marketing team, you must be prepared to work hard, think outside the box, and collaborate with other members of the team to achieve success.

The Role

 

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will spearhead the development and execution of a B2B demand generation strategy tailored to our rapidly growing commercial segment. This role demands a strategic thinker capable of crafting and implementing comprehensive ABM and integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our business audience and drive measurable growth. 

 

We’re looking for candidates with a strong record of creating, testing, and driving demand through a variety of strategies and tactics, including integrated campaigns, account based marketing, partnerships, content syndication, emails, webinars, and more. You will work across the marketing and revenue organization, partnering with sales, product marketing, content, email marketing, and marketing ops. This person should be a self starter, well-organized, a great communicator and listener, with the ability to keep our customer’s perspective at the forefront of all strategic marketing initiatives.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Devise and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy for the commercial segment spanning 7 industries, incorporating ABM, integrated campaigns, and a mix of traditional B2B marketing tactics to generate pipeline for the revenue organization.
  • Lead the creation and management of end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to execution and analysis, leveraging a variety of channels including lead buys, sponsored content, webinars, and content syndication to enhance reach and pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and content teams to craft compelling marketing materials such as emails, landing pages, ad copy, and case studies that resonate with our target audience and increase engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance to generate actionable insights, employing your analytical skills to continuously improve the effectiveness of our demand generation efforts.
  • Work closely with sales, product marketing, email, performance, content, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to demand generation.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Flock Safety’s offerings and the commercial market landscape, positioning yourself as a product advocate and expert to guide our demand generation strategy with insight into the customer journey.

We’re looking for people who have:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in demand generation, with a proven track record in B2B marketing, ABM, and integrated campaigns.
  • Expertise in multi-channel demand generation, applying a diverse range of campaign strategies, including ABM, paid media, email, webinars, and content syndication, with measurable results.
  • Deep knowledge of the B2B lead funnel, adept at driving conversions and managing targets from account identification to closing.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with sales and marketing teams, managing complex projects to successful completion.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • A creative mindset with a knack for identifying and leveraging new marketing opportunities and technologies.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset. Thrives as a self-starter in fast-paced environments, eager to take the initiative and forge new paths.

Bonus

  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Experience marketing to businesses in the retail or healthcare verticals.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce reporting
  • Familiarity with an ABM platform (e.g. 6Sense / Demandbase / Etc)
  • Familiarity with Marketo

💰Salary & Equity: In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary of $130,000-145,000 as well as stock options
