As a key part of our rapidly expanding fintech, your role as a Data Analyst is critical to the execution of Baubap's vision You will collaborate closely within business units in order to provide data driven decision making. You will provide the keys tools such metrics, insights and analytical reporting that will allow your team optimize their key objectives. You will be closely understanding the needs of our users.

- Constant analysis and creation of business metrics dashboards.
- Automatization of current data analysis and report generation
- Present reports with crystal clear conclusions and actionables
- Envision ways to automate & simplify data analysis tools to support strategic decision-making
- Launch comprehensive dashboards tracking vital business metrics, improving real-time decision-making capabilities.
🚀 Your Day to Day
- Develop and maintain robust backend systems that support custom, ad-hoc solutions for customer-related issues.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex problems to uncover underlying causes, applying an inquisitive and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including customer service, product development, and other engineering teams, to design and refine tools that enhance our customer support capabilities.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure that all parts of the organization understand backend functionalities and the impact on customer success.
- Continuously seek ways to improve system reliability, efficiency, and scalability with the goal of enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement by conducting your own testing, ensuring high-quality outputs in the absence of a dedicated QA team.

- Proficiency in MySQL
- Proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in Python / R for large datasets analysis
- Strong statistical, and analytical background
- Experience in financial analysis
- Experience in creating Data Reports for a non-technical audience
- Experience automatizing processes
