As a Customer Marketer, you'll focus on keeping our customers happy and loyal through smart marketing strategies. You'll work with teams to understand what customers want and create campaigns that make them feel valued and engaged.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Craft and oversee new, cohesive campaigns designed to increase our current customers' usage, satisfaction, and expansion.
- Harness our existing marketing tactics to actively engage our customers, including organizing events like Coalesce, Summits, Field Events, and ABM Advertising, to elevate interaction.
- Customer Insights: Analyze data to understand our customers' preferences and behaviors.
- Content Creation: Develop emails, social media posts, and other content tailored to resonate with our customers.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor our marketing effectiveness and implement adjustments for enhancement.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $110,000 - $135,000
