The Content Marketer is responsible for developing content strategies, creating and editing high-quality marketing materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and fuel the marketing pipeline

Who will you work with?
The Content Marketer will report to the Director of Content & Social Media on the Centralized Content Team. The content team works collaboratively with each marketing function to build a high-velocity content engine. We work closely as a team with the Brand & Creative Team, Designers, Web Team, and other stakeholders within marketing and the organization.
What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?
- Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
- Create high-quality content for various marketing campaigns, including demand/lead generation, digital campaigns, SEO blogs, articles, eBooks, infographics, and webpage content.
- Edit and refine content produced by other teams and AI-generated articles to ensure consistency and quality.
- Write compelling video scripts and ad copy to support marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with overall marketing goals and brand voice.
- Conduct content audits and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content effectiveness.
- Familiar with working with AI tools (e.g., BrightEdge).

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $70,000 in the lowest geographic market and up to $90,000 per year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
