The Role:
Cerebral is looking for a contract Senior Clinical Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team. This recruiter will report to our Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and will support recruiting and hiring for clinical positions. They will manage all aspects of the full-cycle recruiting process including high-volume sourcing, interviewing, and scheduling, through offer acceptance. This position is a remote 1099 independent contract role, preferably working 40 hours per week.
Who you are:
- You have 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across clinical functions including: Therapists, Psychologists, Nurse Practitioners, and Psychiatrists
- You have proficient experience utilizing Greenhouse (ATS) on a daily basis
- You prioritize effective communication and building rapport with candidates and hiring partners while consistently delivering quality recruiting experiences
- You have a high sense of urgency and accountability while working in a fast-paced environment
- You have a keen ability to multi-task in order to successfully manage multiple job requisitions, candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting administrative tasks

- Further develop your recruiting skills within sourcing, conducting interviews, managing talent pipelines, and offer negotiations
- Build on your experience in recruiting platforms including Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed
- Grow your full-cycle recruiting expertise while operating within a lean, earlier stage health tech organization
