About the Role
Join our dynamic Accounting Business Systems team at Abnormal Security as a ERP-BSM Administrator managing our new Netsuite and Coupa implementations. We're seeking a skilled professional who can support our consolidation process and assist with technical and financial reporting issues. What you will do
- Support production of the monthly and quarterly financial reporting package to be sent to stakeholders across the organization
- Ensure systems are recording various accounting entities in a complete and accurate manner
- Support a continuous improvement by reviewing current processes and helping to suggest areas of improvement to facilitate a more efficient month end close and financial reporting process
- Conduct research and analysis of complex ERP-BSM application issues and provide recommendations to management
- Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to optimize processes and facilitate scalable operational growth.
- Document and maintain process guidelines and Policies & Procedures for the management and audit of the ERP-BSM applications
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance measurably.
- Lead special projects such as system upgrades and integrations.
Must Haves
- Experience supporting consolidations and financial reporting
- Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for systems processes, coupled with a knack for implementing innovative solutions.
- Leading the annual systems audit process and realizing ITGC controls within applications and developing audit package reports.
- Expert knowledge of ERP systems (i.e.Coupa and NetSuite) and understanding of Billing systems like Maxio, Close systems like Numeric, HRIS systems like Workday and others and integrations with these applications
