Senior Business Analyst 

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in 3Cloud’s Azure roadmap offerings, working closely with a Solution Architect to deliver projects that shape our clients' cloud journey. You will be a key player in defining business needs, gathering agile requirements, and developing a prioritized backlog that aligns with business objectives and delivers measurable value. In this role, you will partner with enterprise sales teams and directly engage with executive stakeholders to articulate business challenges and demonstrate how Azure solutions can effectively address these challenges. This role has a travel potential of up to 20%. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead agile requirements gathering sessions to understand client business needs and translate these into actionable technical requirements. 
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of work, ensuring alignment with business requirements and maximizing value delivery through Azure solutions. 
  • Conduct in-depth interviews with executive client stakeholders to clearly define business problems and objectives, and craft compelling narratives around how Azure technologies can solve these problems. 
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to create comprehensive technical plans, business cases, and cloud financial models that support clients' strategic cloud initiatives across Generative AI, Application Development, Data Analytics, and Cloud Infrastructure. 
  • Assist in building cloud financial models to provide clients with insights into cost management, value realization, and ROI for their cloud investments. 
  • Present findings and recommendations to both executive and technical audiences, driving key decisions based on well-defined requirements and proposed solutions. 
  • Support sales efforts by contributing to thought leadership, providing insights on cloud strategy, and delivering a world-class experience for our clients. 
  • Assist in building Go-To-Market solution offerings tailored to specific customer needs, with a focus on delivering value through Azure technologies. 
  • Collaborate with Microsoft sales teams to accelerate clients’ Azure adoption. 

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a strong background in requirements gathering and business value articulation. 
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations to an executive audience. 
  • Experience in developing cloud financial models to analyze costs, optimize spending, and support strategic decision-making. 
  • Proven ability to engage with executive stakeholders, conduct interviews, and articulate complex business challenges and technical solutions clearly. 
  • Experience working in agile environments, with a track record of building and managing prioritized backlogs aligned with business goals. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about client needs and potential Azure solutions. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in a client-facing role. 
  • Strong analytical problem-solving ability. 
  • Experience in PowerBI or other data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik etc.). 
  • Proficient in Excel with experience in advanced formulas (VLOOKUP), analytical frameworks, or logic formulas. 
  • Experience in a consulting or sales environment is preferred. 
  • Passion for generative AI, cloud technologies, and continuous learning.
