What You'll Do:
- Oversee the lifecycle of implementation logic, from gathering business requirements to annual redesigns. Manage the implementation of plan designs in Xactly, address exceptional situations, and continuously enhance our Xactly Incent and Connect configurations for efficient operations.
- Utilize previous Xactly experience to maintain current processes while developing new automation and streamlining existing workflows.
- Support the Sales Compensation team in managing the Xactly instance.
- Handle process change requests from business partners and the Sales Compensation team.
- Review plan designs for implementation within Xactly.
- Provide guidance on automation and system improvement projects using Xactly Connect.
- Collaborate with the project manager on quarterly SOX requirements.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-5 years of experience implementing incentive compensation systems using Xactly.
- Previous experience in technical roles, including rules configuration, data integration with SFDC and Workday, result analysis, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in reporting and analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
