The Revenue Operations team at StackAdapt aims to maximize revenue throughput, standardize & implement operational best practices, provide measurable insights for sales enablement to improve sales performance, and enhance full-funnel accountability across the entire customer journey. We strive to be the connective tissue for all things revenue, as a result, we are highly analytical, data driven, and curious. You will play a pivotal role in building the culture, camaraderie, and operational cadence that drives the business forward.
As a Senior Analyst, Sales Commission within Revenue Operations, your role will involve the comprehensive management and optimization of the sales commission process, including communication, reporting, and collaboration with key stakeholders within Sales Leadership and Finance. This role also involves ensuring accuracy in commission payouts, maintaining performance dashboards, and regularly evaluating and improving compensation guidelines.
