LastPass is looking for a Senior Account Executive (SMB):

As a Senior Account Executive at LastPass, you'll focus on building new business and creating upsell/cross-sell opportunities with existing customers and prospects in the SMB space (50-1000 employees). You'll be set up for success with the support of our Channel, Product Specialist, and Solutions Consulting teams.

  • Contributing to LastPass’s revenue growth by refining our sales process to meet our fiscal year targets.
  • Enhancing our partner engagement strategy to maximize impact.
  • Focusing on value creation, both for customers and for the business.
  • Taking a local approach to your territory while staying globally informed about industry news and trends.

What does it take to work at LastPass?

  • Proven success in a high-velocity, quota-carrying sales role.
  • Strong pipeline management skills with the ability to forecast accurately and consistently.
  • A self-starter with excellent time management skills and accountability.
  • Experience managing a territory with a strategic approach to account mapping and prioritization.
  • A solid understanding of partner/channel programs and the ability to build and leverage relationships.
  • Proficiency in using sales dashboards and reporting tools to manage your territory efficiently.
  • A competitive drive combined with a commitment to continuous self-improvement and success.
  • A focus on creating value for customers while helping teammates achieve collective goals.
  • A positive, solution-oriented mindset aimed at solving problems and advancing LastPass’s mission.

It's great, but not required:

  • Willingness to travel to partner and company events as needed.
  • Ability to customize CRM reports to work more efficiently with your territory data.
  • Previous experience with Clari, our internal forecasting tool.
