We need an English-fluent Sales Development Representative with exceptional relationship-building skills and a believe it's possible mindset, who never stops improving, and is constantly learning the customer and giving the product team feedback, available to work remotely.

Key responsibilities
- Lead capture and prospecting
- Search accounts, identify the main points of contact, and generate interest.
- Prospect new deals, open market to Account Executives
- Contacting potential clients through calls, both warm and cold, and emails
- Communicate our value proposition in a pitch to potential customers
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
- Provide feedback to management on the effectiveness of outbound phone and email campaigns
- Create and maintain a database of contacts of current and future customers
- Data entry of prospect and contact data in the CRM database
- Engage with your prospects to build trusted relationships by providing insights tailored to their specific needs and interests
- Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them
- Review the customer journey, identifying how it’s supported, taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals
- Facilitate interaction and workflow between project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure deliverables are on time
- Collaborate, problem solve, and/or strategize upcoming client meetings with team members
- Prepare necessary documentation or visuals for client to demonstrate performance of campaigns; analyze trends in C-Sat/NPS scores to identify areas of improvement
- Work with the sales and marketing team to drill customer references and develop case studies
Key Qualifications
- Full English proficiency is essential
- 1-2 years technology staff augmentation sales work experience or 1-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success.
- Experience selling to the US market (preferred).
- Strong desire to be in technology and staff augmentation sales.
- You have a passion for talent-as-a-service.

- You are friendly, enthusiastic, and have professional communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.

Compensation:
- The type of contract is an Independent Contractor through a payroll platform.
- This position has a trial period of 3 months. We are looking for SDRs to join our team in the long run, and this initial trial is an adaptation period.
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $900 - $1,200 + commissions, depending on seniority and skillset.
- The commission structure will be discussed during the interviews.
- The developer will work REMOTELY, directly with The GoFasti Team.
