Job Description
In the position of IT Project Specialist, you will work on the C/TXP-LA team, with the mission of being part of the global SAP S4Hanna implementation team.
Most responsabilites:
- Leading tax business process automation initiatives and efficiencies within Materials Management module in S/4 HANA
- Identify opportunities to standardize processes and system configuration enterprise wide and ensure compliance across all implementation to these standards
- Translate tax business requirements into delivered products in materials management areas like Purchasing including procurement of goods and services, supply chain, Logistics Invoice verification, MM-FI, MM-SD integration experience
- Being the interface between tax governance user departments and central process development team with S/4 HANA supply chain IT team, product owners, process owner and manager
- You will work in agile teams with source to pay product owners, SAP developers/engineers and scrum master in executing on prioritized tax requirements backlog
- Drive digital transformation & deployment of tax requirements in standard S/4 HANA source to pay templates solutions i.e. quotations, sourcing, order, goods receipt, invoice receipt, payments
- Support throughout the whole S/4 HANA project lifecycle, preparing concepts and conducting trainings, collaboration with other stakeholders
- Leading customer engagement initiatives and co-innovations with SAP for global tax management solutions in materials management.
Qualifications
- Strong experience working in SAP implementations. In the end-to-end
- implementation, undertaken roles in all key phases from Project Preparation, Business Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation, Go Live & Support
- A solid understanding of SAP materials management (SAP-MM) processes and the implementation of best practice solutions in the materials management module
- Proven experience in implementing SAP materials management across the various areas: procurement of goods and services, supply chain, Logistics Invoice verification accounts payables Management, vendor Master, Business Partner, Material Master and Tax
- Should have worked on other Cross modules WM/IM-FI , WM/IM-SD integration experience
- Experience in project management or involvement in strategic digital transformation projects similar to S/4 HANA is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills, straightforward, reliable;
- Target oriented, well organized, willingness to take user perspective, ability and desire to understand processes in details;
- Passion for pioneering new approaches and interacting with people, passion for easy-to-use software solution in SAP and third party softwares;
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), any other language would be a plus;
