Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
As a SAP migration project manager, seeking a challenging role in supporting Bosch's transition to SAP S/4HANA, you will:
- Manage the migration of our SAP R/3 system to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption to our business operations;
- Develop and execute a comprehensive migration plan, encompassing data analysis, data cleansing, data mapping, and system integration;
- Oversee the entire migration process, from planning and preparation to testing and deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards;
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and possible need of data cleansing and data corrections, ensuring the migration's success and a positive impact on our overall business strategy;
- Work in collaboration with a central governance team which steers the overall migration for the overarching S4 migration activities in our division.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Business Administration, Information Technology or similar;
- Experience: Experience in SAP R/3 migration projects. Experience in managing complex projects;
- Know-How: Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, functionalities and migration methodologies;
- Personality: Good team player with an adapting and open mindset for changing on fast-moving environments. Ability to work in an international team environment;
- Work style: Organized and analytical work style, strong organizational and planning skills, with a problem-solving mindset and good presentation skills;
- Languages: Very good communication skills in English and preferably in Portuguese too;
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
