NeuraFlash is expanding its design team! As a User Experience (UX) Designer you will be responsible for building compelling interactive experiences for users and deliver impactful business value to our clients. You'll have the opportunity to make significant contributions to our success by working with the rest of our talented AI team to delight customers. This position is focused on overall user experience, including conversational, interaction, and visual design.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Design website functionality that ties into Salesforce and Amazon platforms
- Lead requirement gathering and client design sessions
- Help business and technology stakeholders see end-to-end experiences for customers and internal end users
- Generate sitemaps and wireframes to map out experiences
- Distill user journeys and personas into easy to understand media
- Create visual mockups for web pages, bot UIs, and agent console layouts
- Establish the content, strategies, and persona for automated solutions
- Learn to build and configure Salesforce solutions (Experience Cloud, bots, etc.)
- Work with developers and QA testers throughout the project lifecycle
- Help drive success criteria and reporting
- Show the impact of design decisions and tie business value back to success criteria
- Contribute to and maintain design systems across platforms
Required Qualifications:
- User experience and user interaction work experience
- Experience doing design consulting with external stakeholders
- Ability to build and maintain a design system
- Comfortable using tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, Visio, and Lucidchart
- Willing and able learner of new technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Amazon)
- Degree in design, user experience, human computer interaction, communication, or a related discipline
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using detailed mockups and prototypes to aid in visual problem solving and client communication
- Experience designing conversational flows for text based bots (e.g., web, in-app, Facebook Messenger, etc.)
- Knowledge of user experience research methods or usability testing techniques
- Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud
