Stay current with Salesforce updates, best practices, and industry trends to maximize the platform's potential

6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Your Salesforce Administrator certification (required)
Additional certifications like Advanced Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant
A proven track record of successful implementations and user adoption
Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices
Proficiency with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration using declarative tools (e.g., Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Flows)
Experience with data management, reporting, and analytics within Salesforce
The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
