Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

JOB SUMMARY
Enable, support, and facilitate NZXT business and sales across all B2B customers globally. Order entry on a Worldwide basis and other Sales Support data entry/maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily Processing
- Processing of B2B orders in ERP including entry, getting approvals, sending the orders to logistics/warehouse
- Collection and organization of customer data such as but not limited to inventory/sell-through data
- Response to general B2B customer inquiries
- Process of customer returns
- Responsibilities
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
- Fulfill requests from customers and attend to issues and/or inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints, and work with various other teams for the best solution for the problem.
- Work with the logistics team in getting orders out within the requested window
- Maintain customer data
- Update Job knowledge as business changes/progress
- Followup on customer backorders regularly
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and strive to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Google suite
- Optimistic attitude working with various departments (Sales, Marketing, Creative, Operations)
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork attitude, ability to work flexible hours and meet deadlines
- Comfortable, effective communication with B2B customers
- Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer
- A continuous improvement mentality to make the process better
COMPENSATION
The estimated base range for this role is: $21.00-$22.00 per hour. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, internal equity and alignment with market data.
