As a Lea Pro Sales Specialist, you will help identify, pitch, close and expand eligible partners on our Gen AI product offering, Lea. You are a self-starter who loves to learn and takes initiative. You are naturally curious about what makes a business tick and ask great questions to understand your market, customers, and product. You have a track record of quota achievement, high performance and selling in AI space. You are a team player and have great examples of actions that put the team first. Most of all, you want to be part of building a special company that is transforming an industry.
*** This is a REMOTE position with the expectation of as-needed in-person travel across the US.
Here’s what you’ll do as part of the team:
- Grow AI Adoption: You will grow Lea adoption across our eligible supply base by managing the sales cycle from pitch to close and expansion with existing accounts
- Maximize Partner Retention: You will identify partner challenges and pain points and partner with cross-functional team members (Product, Analytics, Data Operations) to provide solutions. You will act as the internal voice for product feedback, positioning and roadmap
- AI Expert: You will act as an expert on AI application in the multifamily industry within GTM and the broader organization
Here are the skills and experience you’ll need to be successful:
- You have 5+ years of account management and sales experience; at least 4+ years being within an Enterprise sales segment
- You have experience at a hyper-growth or early-stage startup
- You have sold or worked within the AI landscape
- You have partnered with internal stakeholders in order to drive additional value, represent partner perspectives, and help shape sales processes and product roadmaps
Here's the Pay Range:
At Apartment List, we carefully consider a variety of factors to determine compensation for each position, including the role, level, and work. The US compensation range for this position is $166,000 - $218,000 OTE (base salary range: $100,000 - $131,000) + equity, which reflects the compensation target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Please note, the compensation details reflect base salary only and do not include bonus, benefits, and perks that we offer.
We also rely on market indicators along with considering your work location, job related skills, experience and relevant education and training, to determine compensation that is fair and competitive for you. Apartment List will consider paying compensation near the higher of the range in exceptional circumstances, where candidates have the experience, credentials or expertise that would warrant such consideration.
