Description
Reporting to the Head of Consulting for TTEC Digital, the Sales Specialist will partner and collaborate closely with our sales teams driving revenue growth and expanding the client base within our customer experience consulting and analytics practices. This will include leveraging your ability to identify opportunities, understand client needs, development of tailored solutions, and craft compelling value propositions for our clients.
What You Will Be Doing:
· Generate new sales activity through mapping of consulting and analytics services to unmet needs of previous and prospective clients
· Nurture and follow up on warm leads to secure meetings (SQLs) for assigned sales executives and consultants
· Effectively collaborate with assigned sales executives and consultants to ensure alignment in strategy and goals to maximize opportunities and sales activity
· Successfully identify, qualify and aid in closing prospects; overcome objections through consultative approach
· Meet and exceed monthly sales KPI’s and monthly quota of SQLs and SALs
· Track and manage meetings and opportunities in Salesforce.com CRM following standard internal sales processes
· Be subject matter relevant and know who to collaborate with on all solution and product offerings
What You Bring to The Role
· 5+ years of experience with complex SaaS technology products, services and solutions
· A consulting mindset with a sales mission
· Experience working as or with CX consultants, analytics consultants, and/or strategy directors
· Considered a customer experience expert
· A proven track record building sales strategies for specific pursuits.
· Ability to articulate company value proposition
· Strong knowledge of competitive, vertical and industry trends
