The Opportunity
We are seeking a Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. In this role, you will be recruiting and interviewing top-performing tech sales professionals across the U.S. and ensuring an engaged, respectful, and empathetic approach during all stages of the recruitment process. You will spend ~70% of your time interviewing and assessing candidates and ~30% providing recruitment support and administration.
What You'll Do
Meet and communicate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Write job descriptions tailored to client needs
Conduct video interviews, evaluating candidates and preparing detailed notes
Attract and source applicants, pre-screening and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers
Meet or exceed recruiting targets and KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire, conversion rates)
Act as the company’s brand ambassador on social media and during candidate interactions
Conduct background and reference checks
Strategize recruitment plans to meet client expectations
Prepare interview questions aligned with job requirements
Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires
What You Bring
At least 1 year of working experience as a Recruiter for a high-growth tech startup or high-volume tech recruitment agency
Experience recruiting and interviewing U.S. candidates
Excellent verbal and written communication in English (proficiency in Russian is a plus)
Proficiency in using ATS (e.g., Ashby), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Perplexity (including prompting), Notion, interview notetakers, and AI tools
Equipment (computer, headset) and strong internet connection
Ability to work EST hours
