The Team:
The EMEA Sales Programs team is the “machine” that drives and supports scalable execution at Celonis. We own programmatic initiatives that strategically support the Go to Market organization, with a focus on EMEA. We execute with program management excellence to drive change management and focus on outcomes. The Sales Programs team belongs to the GTM Strategy & Operations Organization and is based in our lively Madrid office.
The Role:
As a Sales Programs Manager Lead you will play a key role in driving the success of our sales organization. The primary goal is to equip sales teams with the tools, playbooks and programs they need to achieve their business goals. You will be responsible for designing and operationalizing from start to finish programs aimed at driving new business and demand generation, growing existing business, increasing adoption of new products and deepening industry penetration. This role combines the creative process of designing prescriptive programs and strategies, with the operational excellence to ensure successful execution and results.
The work you’ll do:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Enablement, Product and other Go-to-Market teams to design, implement and execute best-in-class, scalable growth and sales programs that support the company’s objectives.
- Own the key Sales metrics, analytics and reporting to measure the success of your programs.
- Identify gaps and improvement opportunities based on sales performance analytics and user feedback, making recommendations, bringing innovation and obtaining buy-in from leadership for your ideas.
- Manage internal communications for your programs.
The qualifications you need:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7+ years of experience in sales or go to market program management, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Proven program management experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, preferably with demand generation or sales programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to all areas of the Company and all levels of management.
- Proficiency in change management to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of programs.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to develop outcome-driven solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize and work efficiently and independently in a high-volume, fast-paced, rapidly changing, and results-oriented environment.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
