POSITION SUMMARY:

Are you eager to kickstart your marketing career with a focus on HubSpot and Salesforce? This role is pivotal in both our outbound and inbound marketing efforts, setting the stage for successful sales cycles by identifying and qualifying leads. Additionally, you will work directly with clients on various marketing and sales operations projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive, research-savvy individual with some Salesforce experience, ready to develop their expertise further.

CORE FUNCTIONS:

  • Segment and distribute inbound leads
  • Research and qualify prospects for new client opportunities
  • Update our CRM, HubSpot, ensuring the accuracy of key business contact information
  • Work jointly with sales and other internal teams to optimize the efficiency of existing processes
  • Collaborate with clients on diverse marketing and sales operations projects

  • SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work/internship experience with Salesforce or in a marketing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with Internet Search, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Social Media, and Zoom-Info is a plus

  • This is a 100% remote role, allowing you to work from your own space with flexible hours. While your immediate supervisor is based in our Boston office, you should be ready to adjust your schedule occasionally for meetings with staff and clients in different time zones, including Australia, New Zealand, and the US.
    As a Remote Sales Operations Executive, you must provide and maintain your own computer infrastructure, internet connection, and any industry-related hardware at your own cost. Brafton is well-adapted to remote working, having operated this way well before the COVID-19 pandemic.
