Description
ThoughtExchange is the world’s most trusted AI engagement and experience platform for leaders who drive change and alignment. We support a diverse range of clients from top school districts across North America to Fortune 500 companies and Public Sector innovators. We’re also winners of Best Companies' Group Inclusive Workplaces and Canada’s Top Growing Companies. Join us on our journey to accelerate change for good through inclusive problem-solving!
We are looking for a highly motivated, technically strong Sales Operations Specialist to support a dynamic and evolving Sales Team, where your main objective is to drive productivity and efficiency improvements across the Sales teams in order to ultimately deliver on organization-wide revenue growth. The Specialist will support our Sales Teams to work smarter and more effectively through operations (process and workflow) improvements, an effective tech stack, timely/accurate data/insights, and enablement of teams and leaders.
You enjoy spending quite a bit of time getting your hands dirty by optimizing automations in Outreach or improving the flow of information between tools. You also love strategizing with your team on how to leverage software for the greatest impact. Your overarching goal is to improve sales productivity by enabling the Sales Teams to work smarter and make better decisions through process improvements, sales technology, and data-based insights.
In this full time position, you will report to our Director of Revenue Operations with our Sales Team as your main stakeholder. You will also work cross-functionally and build relationships within the larger Revenue organization (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and other Operations teams).
