Job Description
Reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, a Revenue Operations lead will consult with us on a fractional basis and play a pivotal role in optimizing our revenue streams and enhancing operational efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success teams. You will leverage data analytics, system integrations, and process improvements to drive growth and scalability. We’re a fully-remote company and are looking for a curious, strategic, creative leader who is passionate about data and helping startups make key decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Tech Stack: Manage and optimize all sales and revenue-related tools and technologies, including Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, Apollo.io etc.
- Revenue Optimization: Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue generation, including pricing models, upsell/cross-sell initiatives, and customer segmentation strategies
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams to ensure alignment and execution of revenue strategies. Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate revenue forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting. Collaborate with the sales team to streamline sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in revenue operations processes. Recommend and implement solutions to enhance productivity and customer experience
- Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to teams on the use of revenue operations tools and best practices
- Sales Support: Serve as the main point of contact for our teams, assisting with daily troubleshooting and managing request submissions
Requirements
- Proficiency in sales technologies, including Salesforce (SFDC), HubSpot, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong Salesforce administration skills, with a proven track record of optimizing the platform to enhance operational performance
- Experience in leveraging data analytics and business intelligence tools such as Looker, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and product-led growth strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse teams
