Sales Marketer (Growth Hacker)

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Increase user acquisition and retention through creative and data-driven approaches.

2. Analyze User Behavior Data: Identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.

3. A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests to enhance conversion rates.

4. Manage Paid Acquisition Channels: Optimize campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.

5. Collaborate with Product & Engineering Teams: Implement growth initiatives in coordination with cross-functional teams.

6. Monitor Key Performance Metrics: Track and report on the success of growth experiments.

7. Explore New Channels: Identify and test new potential user acquisition channels.

8. Contribute to SEO Efforts: Work on strategies to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in growth hacking or digital marketing, preferably in the tech or blockchain industry.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.

• Proven track record of driving growth and achieving KPIs.

• Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).

• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work closely aligned with CET working hours.
