About the Role
Attentive is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager for our Mid Market and SMB Account Management team. You will lead a team that drives customer growth, by owning the end-to-end sales cycle and adoption of our new products (Email, AI) for our SMB and Mid-Market customers. You will also play a critical role in coaching our Account Managers on developing processes, and analyzing metrics to drive key decision-making within our Account Management organization (working with your counterparts on Enterprise, Strategic, and the VP of AM).

What You’ll Accomplish
Grow and inspire a high-performing Account Management team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds performance targetsDrive strategic revenue growth and development through the lens of new products within existing MM and SMB customers to align Attentive and customers’ strategies and goalsCollaborate with Sales and Client Strategy teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience, working to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our solutions, renewals, as well as driving adoption and usage of our productsIdentify, enable, & coach reps on core competencies of the role; work with Enablement to fill your teams’ knowledge gaps as they ariseBuild and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer needs to inform product and sales strategiesPartner with Product and Engineering to advocate for customer needs and drive product enhancements and improvements
Your Expertise
5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related field, with a track record of delivering exceptional results in a B2B SAAS environmentExperience leading and managing a high-performing team, including setting performance targets, coaching, and developing talentPassion, drive and the desire to be a part of a growing team that makes a difference for both the company and our clientsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive outcomesExcellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skillsRecord of meeting or exceeding sales quotasEntrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to take ownership and drive results in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment

For US based applicants:
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 - $150,000 annually + bonus/commission + equity + benefits
- Equity is a substantial part of the total compensation package
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
