Sales Lead, Americas - Fully Remote

  • What will you do? (The role)

    • Leading our new business efforts in the Americas region.
    • Work with cross functional teams to develop and execute our Americas GTM strategy.
    • Develop pipeline through your network, cold outreach and through warm introductions and referrals.
    • Guide prospects through their buying journey from initial discussion to contract signature.
    • Develop Partnerships, primarily within the legal, M&A and HR sectors as a regular source of opportunities to fill your pipeline.
    • Managing existing Partnerships to ensure an effective, productive relationship with close collaboration on joint GTM activities.
    • Work with our post sales delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover and onboarding for new clients.
    • Execute independent and joint activity plans to ensure commercial success in the region.
    • Attend industry events to further develop your network within our target sectors.

    What are you great at? (Previous experience)

    • You’re an experienced seller, adept at helping prospects to navigate complex, competitive environments.
    • You’re an expert in your field, bringing insight and expertise to help your prospects and partners to understand not only our proposition but the evolving landscape and market dynamics.
    • You have high attention to detail and can understand the specifics involved in a complex product and proposition
    • You understand people and how to communicate internally and externally. You know when to send an email and when to pick up the phone to drive an outcome and you’re an expert at cold networking.
    • You’re able to solve complex problems and you’re constantly considering the wider implications of a particular approach on different stakeholders.
    • You’re commercially minded and you know how to prioritise collective efforts to generate revenue.

    • Is ambitious. You want to be at the forefront of the company’s GTM strategy, spearheading one of our most critical and competitive markets.
    • Is a critical thinker. You can analyse data quickly, cut through complexity and find answers rapidly.
    • Builds trust. You’re a natural people person and can quickly build close relationships with new contacts.
    • Is commercially minded. You can quickly spot the initiatives that we need to invest in quickly and the initiatives that we need to kill.

    What would make you really stand out? (Bonus points)

    • Commercial experience.
    • Industry experience, in particular in legaltech, M&A, PE and compliance tech.
    • Analytical background.
    • Complex problem solver.
    • Strong collaborator and team player, internally and externally.
