The sales representative should build and sustain good relationships with clients, have a minimum technical understanding, be organized, meticulous and is able to follow up with relevant parties.

Job Description
- Achieve sales targets
- Helping accountants follow up and collect receivables
- Coordinate with Project's manager for execution and smooth flow of the projects
- Maintain Company-client relations
- Acquiring new clients
- Seeking prospective business
- Comparison sheets and submittals for clients
- Ensure implementation of any activity required for proper flow of the department procedure
- Follow the procedure required for implementing the "Tender & Contract Review Control Procedure"
- Initiate to improve and maintain company reputation and performance in all devisions and departments
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in similar position
- Bachelor's in civil Engineering
- Proficient in marketing and sales concepts
- Competencies: Strong negotiation and communication skills, should build and sustain good relationships with clients, have a minimum technical understanding, be organized, meticulous and is able to follow up with relevant parties.
