Full-time (40-Hours Per Week), Remote (9am-5pm CET)

This role is with a leading provider of illuminated signage solutions based in Europe, renowned as the top choice for personalized illuminated signs and logos. They specialize in creating high-impact, visually striking signage that enhances brand visibility and identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Outreach: Make outbound calls and send emails to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of the company’s products and services.

  2. Sales Qualification: Qualify leads based on their needs and potential to benefit from the company’s products, ensuring a high conversion rate.

  3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.

  4. CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to track interactions with leads, manage pipeline stages, and report on sales activities and outcomes.

  5. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams for quote creation and order placement to align strategies, share insights, and optimize the combined process.

  6. Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, sales progress, and market feedback to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in German with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proven experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment

  • Strong understanding of CRM tools and sales processes - high process discipline.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for building and nurturing client relationships

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
