We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. As an SDR at Passport, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a crucial role in driving our growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and generate net new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.

What you'll be doing:
Build Passport’s client base through identifying qualified opportunity leads from marketing campaigns and cold outreachReach out to prospects via email, phone, and social media to introduce Passport Global & Passport Shipping’s servicesQualify leads and schedule meetings or calls for the sales teamMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM systemWork hand in hand with fellow SDRs to share successful techniques and build comradery in our remote environmentStay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscapeMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and appointments
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in the logistics or e-commerce industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong research and analytical abilitiesSelf-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethicProficiency with CRM software and sales enablement toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentIntrinsic motivation to grow within a Sales org with a knack for building team comradery
