About the Role:
Work cross-functionally to support the continued development, implementation, and oversight of the organization's Risk Management Program with both internal and external partners. Report and assess risks with the help of tools and direction provided by management and will develop and analyze reports throughout the organization.
What You Will Do:
- Seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of Consumer and CML Credit regulations (Ex. Reg Z, UDAAP, Reg B, FCRA, SCRA, etc.). This position does not overlap with BSA / Fraud Compliance.
- Assist in the oversight of the risk management program. This includes advising on Regulatory requirements / risks and transaction testing to ensure compliance.
- Review and approve collateral (e.g., marketing materials, collections correspondence, etc.)
- Represent Compliance department and help with implementation and onboarding of new partners and products.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of the risk management policies and procedures as required.
- Monitor, review, and develop risk reports in an appropriate way for different audiences.
- Design and manage the implementation of risk management process for the organization including complex risk assessments involving analyzing risks and identifying, describing, and estimating the risks.
- Perform problem management, resolution, escalation of issues as necessary.
- Act as a subject matter expert in designated Risk discipline.
- Networks with senior internal and external parties.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
- Typically, 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.
- Attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary range: $57,582.12 – $106,345.10
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
