Revenue Systems Administrator

Canada (Remote)

As our Revenue Systems Administrator, you’ll play a vital role at Affinity. We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated individual to help design and implement a best-in-class Tech Stack to support our GTM teams. Whether it’s CRM, Enablement, Customer Success, Engagement or Enrichment, you will be responsible to ensure that each tool is adopted, performant and has no critical errors. You’ll partner with Sales, CS and Revenue Operations to scope projects, validate work items and meet your commitments. This role reports to the Applications Manager.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Standard Salesforce configuration- user management, roles, permissions, profiles, etc
  • Advanced Configuration of Salesforce (flows, Visualforce, dynamic forms, Quoting and order management) as needed to support the business.
  • Design and implement a better quoting and Order management process without CPQ- standard quotes, orders, contracts, price books, product catalog.
  • Manage Gainsight NXT instance and provide best practices around integrations and configuration
  • Manage Outreach, ZoomInfo, LeadData, Gong, Zendesk and other key tools integrated with Salesforce and look to extend the data available in these tools into actionable insights usable in Salesforce. Identify areas of improvement and address issues. 
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  • Find and address tech debt- poorly constructed flows, misfiring validation rules, unneeded managed packages,, rogue fields, etc.

Required:

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator plus Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder
  • 3+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud
  • Experience with Lead to Opportunity business processes, including quotes, orders, and revenue management.
  • 1+ years experience with Administering Outreach or similar tool (Salesloft, Salesforce HVS)
  • 1+ Years experience with Administering Gainsight or similar Customer Success tool
  • Experience with LeanData, Gong, PandaDoc, Docusign and other managed packages
  • Experience writing detailed specifications of user requirements, business processes, and procedures required to develop and implement software solutions.
  • A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
  • Knowledge of end-users designing scalable, best practice solutions 
  • Experience with Agile, Sprints and release management
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • The ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

Assets:

  • Bachelor’s / Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification
  • Led or been part of a Salesforce implementation.
  • Experience implementing Gainsight NXT
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ a plus
  • Experience with rip and replace of tools (Outreach for Salesforce Sales Engagement, Marketo for Pardot, etc).

Please note that the role compensation details below reflect the base salary only and do not include any variable pay, equity, or benefits. This represents the salary range that Affinity believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting, that it will pay for the posted job.  

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $55,400-$83,200 CAD. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
