We're looking for an experienced RevOps Manager to join our growing team!
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Develop and Maintain Reporting: Create, update, and optimize reports and dashboards that provide clear visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) across sales, customer success, and marketing.
- Technology and Tooling Optimization: Own the go-to-market (GTM) tech stack, ensuring tools are utilized effectively to boost team productivity, maintain data integrity, and align with evolving business and reporting requirements.
- Data-Driven Insights: Conduct in-depth analyses using both internal and external data sources to uncover trends and generate actionable insights. Proactively provide strategic recommendations to enhance revenue-generating activities.
- Sales Pipeline and Revenue Management: Partner closely with leadership to manage and monitor the sales and renewal pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely revenue forecasting.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with various departments to identify, prioritize, and implement operational improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
We're Looking for Someone Who Has:
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a SaaS company
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM management and Salesforce CPQ
- Proficiency in GTM tools such as (or similar to) ZoomInfo, Outreach, Chili Piper, Intercom, Gong, Vitally
- Entrepreneurial mindset - previous experience in a technology startup or evidence that you are scrappy with a "get-it-done" attitude. You thrive in an ambiguous environment and want to wear many hats.
- Strong analytic and problem solving skills with a knack for attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
