The Revenue Operations team is the backbone of our GTM org. This role will help support everyone in the GTM org by managing our Salesforce request queue and proactively creating solutions to help our Go To Market team. The person will jump in and handle a myriad of tasks—from SFDC administration to project management and request triaging—providing a dynamic work experience and opportunities to develop a broad skill set. You will work cross-functionally with the sales, SDR, partnership, accounting and marketing teams while recommending enhancements to our current flows and policies.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Triage and respond to requests that come from the field related to all things Salesforce
- Review Rules of Engagement arbitration, data quality and account ownership change requests
- Help ensure new team members have access to the tools they need to do their job
- Create reports and data pulls for use by the GTM and ops teams
- Lead ongoing and and ad hoc projects for the team (answer questions, build reports, troubleshoot) and identify areas for improvement of our processes
- Improve our documentation and knowledge base ensuring the team and new hires have the most up to date and accurate information to do their job
- Audit and backfill of system data to ensure data cleanliness in SFDC and other tools
You are a good fit if you have:
- Worked asynchronously as part of a fully-remote, distributed team
- Two years SFDC admin experience
- Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Experience with request triaging and handling various operational tasks
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
You'll have an edge if you have:
- SFDC Admin certification
- Experience with other tools in our tech stack and Business Intelligence tools (Outreach, Looker, Zoominfo, Looker, Tableau, etc.)
