Revenue Enablement Specialist I, GTM

Join our team as a Revenue Enablement Specialist I: Go-To-Market (GTM). This role will assist enhancing the knowledge and effectiveness of our Sales and Client Success teams. We are looking for a proactive individual with an interest enablement and the fintech space, high attention to details, and a desire to build content and effective communication channels. 

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with the training and communications for GTM initiatives, including new product launches, partnerships, pricing, and industry updates.

  • Support the design, development, and execution of training and communication materials for Sales and Client Success teams.

  • Create and maintain accuracy of internal content such as presentation decks, FAQs, talking points, process documentation, and battlecards.

  • Help translate complex information from SMEs into clear, actionable content in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Coordinate training schedules to ensure timely and relevant sessions for the team.

  • Serve as a resource for Revenue teams, providing support and assisting with the creation of ad-hoc materials.

  • Partner with XFN teams including Product Marketing, Merchant Pricing, and Legal.

  • Assist in organizing and planning our annual Field Kick Off event alongside the Enablement team.

  • Utilize our tech stack (Mediafly, Chorus, SFDC, Axios HQ, Articulate Rise, and others) for training, communication, content management, and revenue intelligence.

What We Look For:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Enablement, Sales, Client Success, Product Marketing, or Program Management.

  • High attention to detail. 

  • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to build relationships across the organization.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with diverse audiences.

  • Genuine curiosity and excitement for personal and professional growth, with a passion for evolving as an enablement professional.

Base Pay Grade - F
Equity Grade - 2

Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.

Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, the employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by Affirm Holdings, Inc. (parent company).

CAN base pay range per year: $71,000 - $91,000
